Veeva CRM MyInsights is a data visualization tool that sits within Veeva CRM, giving sales teams access to real-time data that can drive better planning, decision-making and execution. It is one of the most underutilised but valuable tools that Veeva has to offer.

How is Veeva CRM MyInsights used by the pharmaceutical industry?

Veeva MyInsights allows users to quickly and simply access dashboards that visualise any data contained within Veeva CRM – from call rate and frequency through to actionable insights created from surveys and HCP input during sales calls.

It can also be used to visualise data brought into the CRM from external platforms and data lakes; data such as user activity on websites and portals, prevalence and incidence rates or good old-fashioned sales figures.

This data can help reps determine the best means of engaging with HCPs, and the type of content that resonates with them. Seeing this in real-time also ensures they can act on the very latest insights.
