Sitting at the intersection of Client Services and Project Management, this role is responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of digital assets and updates to our pharmaceutical clients and partner agencies. You will be the bridge between client expectations and technical execution, handling an array of tasks from creating email templates and quality assurance to the final upload of files to client environments.
