I am on a journey to revolutionise Pharma CRM suites (such as VeevaCRM and OCE) — from demotivating footprints of field teams, to empowering footprints of customers — through field-content development and consultancy to consistently improve and inform great omnichannel customer experiences.

My previous Pharmaceutical industry experience across R&D, Clinical Research, Oncology Sales and Marketing empowers my ability to work across therapeutic areas, and the medicine lifecycle. This unique experience across the industry fuels my drive to enable and empower Pharma to orchestrate great customer experiences through high value engagements.
Outside of work, I am an active skateboarder, with a focus on community through being a Skateboard GB coach. In the past I also campaigned, designed and raised funding for skateparks. I also have a passion for specialty coffee, mixology and gastronomy.
