James Harper.
After 17 years working in various Pharma sales and marketing in-house and agency roles, in 2010 I decided to combine my knowledge and skills with my love of technology to found twentyeightb. Having carried the bag as a rep I’ve established a well-rounded view of the pharmaceutical sales and marketing space, which has led the company to our core focus of empowering the multichannel rep through impactful digital sales tools.

What makes James tick?
I have been fortunate enough to speak at Veeva’s global summit and collaborate on several projects as we cement our positioning as experts in optimising the use of their CRM and CLM solutions.
This passion for collaborating with like-minded individuals and being generous with my time also led to me taking on the role of chair of the PM Society Digital Interest Group for four years. Outside of work I enjoy cooking with a glass of wine in hand, watching movies with the family and taking our dogs Lupa and Chickpea for long walks.
